[art] Bad power supply proves to be the culprit

I've been having problems with this Athelon system for a long time: from
not detecting my HP CD burner to the screeching HDD and it turns out
that it was the power supply all along.  I've just never had a PS go out
on me, besides a noisy fan.  I think I lost a week or so on this
boneheaded mistake, all told.  I still would have been at it if it
didn't quit outright.

 Probably better get a good one this time.

So, how much are your PS's Mr. O.
