[Eug-lug] command line compendium?

So,

I have to do most of my work offline. Does anyone know of and/or where to
find a cost-effective (read: free as in beer) compendium of commands and
their effects? A PDF would be great, or perhaps (obviously not free) a good
book I could hunt down

PS: thanks for the help last month, Mike. I'll be back to the weekly as soon
as personal life mellows out. That'll be a couple weeks at best.
