[Webdev] Trac and DB?

I installed Trac to use SQLite.  Optionally we can install it to use the 
local PostGreSQL server.  Do we want to do this?  Now's the time since 
we can simply erase the /var/trac directory and start over.  The 
trac-admin script asks which database backend to use so once the script 
runs again we're right back where we started.

It looks like we'd need to:
apt-get install python-pgsql
