[Webdev] tail -f euglug@euglug.org

I noticed that the "tail -f euglug at euglug.org" feature hadn't been noticing
any new messages since the end of July.

Upon investigation, it turned out to be because somebody moved
maillist.rdf without telling the PHP scripts about it.  It's fixed now.

Is the Subversion repository up and running yet?  (I fixed tail -f by
directly editing the active file...if Subversion is ready, that was
probably the wrong way to do it.)
