are you just being a smartass here, or are you serious? obviously to
stay in business, you have to make more than you spend, however, if your
competition sells stuff for less than you do, then why go for the more
expensive place?

Misleading the customer when he was asked to pickup a specific item,
then charging them to return it for the right item, is not just
overzealous sales. The sales clerk actually told my customer that I
didnt know what I was doing, and that he needed something different than
I had asked him to pickup (it was like $20 more than what I told him
to pick up...).

1) VOS sales person mislead my customer.
2) VOS sales person charged my customer illegal fees to return items
they were mislead to belive they needed.
3) VOS sales person told my customer I didnt know what I was talking
about, and generally discredited me just to make a slightly higher sale.

I dont see anything trivial about my experiences with them, or any
reason I should ever accept that kind of behaviour from anyone.

Ive never heard of mike doing anything like that, and thats one of the
many reasons I go to mike for my local parts needs.
